Manufacturer Warranty

It is recommended that you reach out directly to the manufacturer to replace defective items that are covered under their warranty or to have defects verified by the manufacturer.

For some products, the manufacturer may require that you, the purchaser, handle the warranty process directly with them.

We can assist in facilitating communication between you and the manufacturer, however, we are not able to participate in the warranty process as per the manufacturer's request.
